Eligibility: All participants must be registered members of the organizing institution.

Fair Play: Any form of cheating or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in immediate disqualification.

Equipment: Players must use approved equipment as specified by the tournament organizers.

Attire: Proper sports attire and footwear are mandatory for all participants.

Punctuality: Teams/players arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their match.

Respect: All participants must show respect to officials, opponents, and spectators.

Substitutions: Substitutions may only be made during designated breaks or timeouts.

Injuries: The tournament will not be responsible for any injuries sustained during play.

Decisions: All referee/organizer decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
